Raised in China in vast lakes, the sturgeons live in a semi-wild state in a natural, unpolluted environment. This low-fat caviar is reminiscent of the wild caviars of yesteryear. Made from sturgeon that are at least 12 years old, only the finest and largest grains are carefully selected before being canned.

The grains are large and golden in colour. The flavour has hints of almonds and walnuts, as well as subtle buttery notes and a medium iodine character.
